Cytadela (Citadel) Military Museum - Poznan, Poland
« on: 03/12/2014, 12:24:08 PM »
All,

On my recent trip to Poland, I stumbled across a small, under-funded museum of military vehicles and aircraft.

It was housed in a old fort on top of a hill (Citadel) overlooking the old quarter of Poznan in central western Poland.

The hill, now a park, was the site of a massive battle between the Germans (defenders) and the Russians.

Mainly Soviet-era hardware. All kept outside so slowly decaying...

Might be of interest to some "scalers"...?!

Nastrovia! Comrades....
