Hi all have started the tiggy build but need a bit of help with the cabane plate and where you need to drill holes for the piano wire strengtheners.
Ok you drill a series of holes each end and stitch the U shaped strengtheners in place through the holes, but what it does'nt tell you is what to stitch it with as nothing is supplied with the kit. Cheers guys

Hi Andy, great to see someone using the forum, I wish more people would.

Any strong sewing thread will be fine. Maybe not the standard cotton that you can snap with your hands.

PS when are you out flying in the next week or so? I might try to get my Tiggie ready and bring it over. Seeing another is great to spur on some building..

To bring two would prob mean rigging one at the field to get them in, but it's do-able..

Hi Andy you missed a great evenings entertainment. Not least Chris and I starting two diesels to fly together. We did it though :-)
